The Westside Ranger District of the Caribou-Targhee NF south of Pocatello — Mink Creek and Scout Mountain, with Douglas-fir and aspen on north slopes and maple and chokecherry draws below. Morels in the aspen after snowmelt; boletes, Suillus and other conifer associates after summer rain.
