Radnor Lake / Harpeth River

Radnor Lake and the Harpeth River around Nashville — oak-hickory and tulip poplar forest on the Highland Rim hills and floodplain woods along the Harpeth. Spring morels; chanterelles, black trumpets and chicken-of-the-woods in summer. Radnor is a state natural area with no collecting; the Harpeth river lands are more open.
